This is a helpful template for event planners who have worked out key details like venue, pricing, add-ons, etc and will essentially be the first step in the marketing process. After making the registration form available, event planners will begin marketing strategies to increase attendance and excite registered attendees.

The Zip Folder Download contains two blank forms, as well as two example forms. 

  1. Fill-in the information in the Event Information Area.
    Be specific in the inclusions, when registering does it include transportation, lodging, meals, activities... There isn't a ton of room to go into detail. But remind your registratants that your event is VALUE packed!
  2. Fill in the pricing on the rooming options area. Delete any occupancy levels or directions that do not apply for your event.
  3. Adjust the Other and Deposit Policy area as necessary.
  4. Print & Distribute.

 

 

 

 

The document Family Example Form.doc is designed for FamilyFamily Registration Form Events where one person registers several people at once. Follow the same directions for use as you did for the single person registration form in preparation for use. You could also modify this form for a youth event where one leader registers many students. We have left several blanks for various rate package. Christian Retreats Network properties offer discounts for family ministry groups with large discounts for teens and children who stay with their parents.

Feel free to adjust these forms as needed. We included some space for you to make notes about registrations being recieved, deposits paid, etc. Another helpful features is Google Docs. You can create free online forms, it puts all the information into a spread sheet.  Less Data entry for you that way!  You could even take your paper copies and enter them into the exact same form so that your online registrations are in sync with your paper registrations.  Google Docs works just like Excel so you can use formulas to figure things like payments owed, or setting up rooming, etc. etc. A video showing how to use our example form is below and the template for the online version is available on GoogleDocs.
