Pine Creek Retreat Center is 25 minutes north west of Winchester, VA. Known as the Appalachian Mountain Retreat Center in the Christian Retreats Network. Pine Creek features year-round accommodations for up to 330 overnight guests. All-inclusive packages bundle lodging, meeting, buffet dining and basic recreation. Pine Creek spans 85 acres of gorgeous mountain views.

All of our retreat packages include buffet style meals in our dining room; multiple entrees, salad bar, dessert, etc. Groups can make a menu request to the Pine Creek chefs, who will consider all the contracted groups scheduled and prepare food that will please everyone on grounds. Have a snack delivered or take a coffee break with Pine Creek’s meeting room food & beverage service.

Pine Creek’s meeting spaces are available for small gatherings and large conferences with our largest venue seating up to 350 guests. All of our group retreat packages include a private meeting space for your event, which our Guest Services team will set up prior to your arrival according to your specifications. Each space can be set up with a multitude of chair and table arrangements. Meeting spaces also come equipped with audio and visual equipment, all at no extra charge.

Your group’s retreat package has choices for many year-round, indoor and outdoor activities. This includes use of our gymnasium, recreation fields, Pine Creek Pond, and so much more. All athletic equipment is included, however you are welcome to bring your own materials. Your group will love the human foosball arena, cardboard boat racing on the pond, and reaching new heights on the rock climbing wall! Feel free to relax at one of our casual outdoor meeting spaces, great for small group discussions or prayer.
